Casual Support Worker – Perth to Fremantle
We are seeking a Casual Support Worker to provide community access and high-intensity supports across the Perth to Fremantle areas.
This role will commence at 8–12 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase over time.
To meet participant preferences, we are seeking a male or female Support Worker aged 22–35, as participants have specifically requested support from someone within a similar age range to help build connection and rapport.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Manual Handling certification
- Completion of NDIS Modules
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
- Experience with community access
- Strong person-centred support experience
- Personal care experience
- Experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern
- Experience with high-care needs
- Ability to support participants in all community activities, including swimming when required
- Permanent working rights in Australia
